Jared S. Gillman is the managing partner of Gillman Law, P.A., and has been practicing law for over 14 years. Prior to founding Gillman Law, P.A., Jared practiced at an AM Law 200 law firm in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he counseled clients in a variety of matters, including construction law and commercial litigation. He is proud to bring his "big firm" level of service to his clients, without the overhead of a large law firm.
In 2017, Jared became 1 of only 400 attorneys in Florida who are Board Certified in Construction Law, meaning that he has been recognized by the Florida Bar as an expert in all aspects of Construction Law, including:

In addition to his construction practice, Jared helps clients navigate business disputes, whether through litigation, arbitration or mediation. He also handles claims on behalf of Homeowner's Associations and Condominium Associations for nonpayment and violations of bylaws and declarations.
Prior to entering private practice, Jared honed his trial skills as an Assistant State Attorney in the 19th Judicial Circuit of Florida, where he successfully tried numerous jury trials to verdict.
Bar and Community Involvement
Florida Bar Construction Law Board Certification Committee- Chair- Responsible for drafting and grading the Florida Construction Law Board Certification exam, as well as vetting all applicants who apply to become Board Certified in Construction Law.
Judicial Nominating Commission for the 15th Circuit- Member (2019-2022)- Responsible for interviewing and vetting judicial applicants for vacancies on the Circuit and County Court in Palm Beach County, and the recommendation of qualified applicants to Florida’s Governor for appointment.

Interests
When not practicing law, Jared enjoys spending time with his family and being on his boat. Jared is a USCG licensed captain, and fishes the billfish tournament circuit up and down the U.S. East Coast, and in the Bahamas.
