CONSTRUCTION LIENS
Gillman Law, P.A. prepares construction liens for projects throughout Florida. Often, construction liens can be prepared for a flat fee.
A construction lien, or mechanic's lien as they are called under Chapter 713, Florida Statutes, is available for labor, services and materials that have been incorporated into a construction project, and remain unpaid.
Construction liens must be recorded within 90 days of your last work on the project, so it is critical to have you lien recorded in a timely manner.
